2. Personal data processed

• Identity and contact data: the name, surname, telephone number, e-mail address and message content you share when you contact us by telephone, e-mail, WhatsApp or Instagram, or through the written consultation request form on the site.
• Request data: information and documents about your legal request that you submit yourself.
• Transaction security data: server logs (IP address, browser information, access time) kept for technical reasons by the infrastructure provider hosting the site.

3. Purposes of processing

To respond to your requests, to carry out preliminary meeting and appointment processes, to establish the communication necessary for providing legal services, to fulfil legal obligations, and to ensure the security and operation of the site.

4. Legal grounds

Under Article 5/2 of the KVKK: (c) it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, (ç) compliance with a legal obligation, (e) the establishment, exercise or protection of a right, (f) legitimate interests, provided that they do not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.

5. Method of collection

Your personal data is obtained directly from you through channels such as telephone, e-mail, WhatsApp, Instagram, the written consultation request form and face-to-face meetings. If you fill in the written consultation request form on the site, the name, telephone, e-mail, subject area, short summary and preferred contact method you enter are received through the site infrastructure provider Wix and forwarded to the office. No cookies or analytics tools are used on the site. Values you enter into the calculation tools are processed only in your browser; they are not sent to us and are not stored.

6. Transfer

Your data may be transferred to authorised public bodies and courts where legally required and, as the service requires (for example during litigation or enforcement proceedings), to the relevant judicial and administrative authorities and expert witnesses. Communication and hosting services are provided through the providers of the communication channel you use (WhatsApp, Instagram, your e-mail provider) and the site infrastructure provider (Wix); the servers of these providers may be located abroad. Attorney–client privilege and professional rules are reserved.

7. Retention period

Your data is kept for as long as the purpose of processing requires and for the retention and limitation periods prescribed in the relevant legislation; at the end of that period it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

8. Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)

You have the right to: learn whether your personal data is processed; request information if it has been processed; learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose; know the third parties to whom it is transferred in Turkey or abroad; request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate; request its deletion or destruction within the conditions set by the legislation; request that these actions be notified to the third parties to whom the data has been transferred; object to a result against you arising from the analysis of the processed data exclusively by automated systems; and claim compensation for damage suffered due to unlawful processing.

9. How to apply

You may submit your requests in writing to the address above, to the registered electronic mail (KEP) address or to the e-mail address. Your application will be concluded within thirty days at the latest, depending on its nature. If the reply does not meet the application, your right to complain to the Personal Data Protection Board is reserved.
